The COVID-19 pandemic has caused an increase in depression and anxiety and a general decrease in overall mental wellness for many people. This provides us with an opportunity to focus on mental health in the same way we have paid so much attention to physical well-being. Below is a list of resources whether or not you are experiencing symptoms. We think nothing of going for regular check-ups for our bodies but often ignore mental health. Now is good time to take care of yourself: mind, body, and soul.
